What is prepaid eSIM?
Prepaid eSIM profiles are lines that can be downloaded online. There is a choice of various data bundles, each with its validity period and data allowance. By choosing our prepaid eSIM, you will enjoy the following advantages:
Several networks in each country for premium coverage;
Privacy Residential IP address;
Ability to download and use the plan immediately.
Your eSIM remains live even after your data bundle expires. Simply add a new data bundle to keep using the same line.
How many eSIMs may I download?
You can download as many profiles as you wish.Each device has a different capacity for the profiles stored at a time in it, usually between 10 and 15. This means that you might be prompted to delete a profile from the device. CAUTION! If you delete a profile, you cannot reinstall it, so you need to choose the profiles that you will not be using to be deleted. You do not have to download a profile immediately after you purchase it. You can check how many and which profiles you have. Navigate to MyAccount > Lines.
You will be able to see the entire list of eSIM cards that you purchased and more information about those lines.
What is the validity period of my data on an eSIM?
The validity period of your data depends on the data refill bundle you purchase. Depending on the eSIM plan you select, you can choose from 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days.
Your eSIM remains live even after your data bundle expires. To keep using the same line, simply add a new data bundle.
What happens if I don't use all the data in my refill bundle before it expires?
If you do not use all the data in your refill bundle before its expiration date, the unused data will expire and cannot be carried over to the next period. Yet, your eSIM remains alive forever. You may refill it with any data bundle anytime you wish to continue using the service.
What happens when I use all the data in my bundle?
If you use up all the data in your bundle before expiration, the line becomes deactivated, and the bundle activation status becomes “Finished.” You can top up to continue using the line
What will be my eSIM mobile phone number?
Our eSIM doesn’t come with a phone number. Our Lines include mobile data plans only, which you can use with any free or paid local phone number services, like TextNow or Google Voice. You also can make free voice calls and send text messages using such popular applications as WhatsApp, Facetime, Telegram, Messenger, etc. It also works with any VoIP technology like Skype, Viber, Hangouts, etc. eSIM and physical SIM cards can be used in any eSIM-enabled or dual-SIM device. You can continue using the phone number from your main operator on 1 eSIM/SIM card slot and use data on another eSIM/SIM card slot.
