FAQs
General
What is prepaid eSIM?
Prepaid eSIM profiles are lines that can be downloaded online. There is a choice of various data bundles, each with its validity period and data allowance. By choosing our prepaid eSIM, you will enjoy the following advantages:
Several networks in each country for premium coverage;
Privacy Residential IP address;
Ability to download and use the plan immediately.
Your eSIM remains live even after your data bundle expires. Simply add a new data bundle to keep using the same line.
How many eSIMs may I download?
You can download as many profiles as you wish. Each device has a different capacity for the profiles stored at a time in it, usually between 10 and 15. This means that you might be prompted to delete a profile from the device. CAUTION! If you delete a profile, you cannot reinstall it, so you need to choose the profiles that you will not be using to be deleted. You do not have to download a profile immediately after you purchase it. You can check how many and which profiles you have. Navigate to MyAccount > Lines.
You will be able to see the entire list of eSIM cards that you purchased and more information about those lines.
May I have both SIM and eSIM?
Absolutely. You may use a physical SIM card and an eSIM in a compatible device.
What is the validity period of my data on an eSIM?
The validity period of your data depends on the data refill bundle you purchase. Depending on the eSIM plan you select, you can choose from 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days.
Your eSIM remains live even after your data bundle expires. To keep using the same line, simply add a new data bundle.
What happens if I don't use all the data in my refill bundle before it expires?
If you do not use all the data in your refill bundle before its expiration date, the unused data will expire and cannot be carried over to the next period. Yet, your eSIM remains alive forever. You may refill it with any data bundle anytime you wish to continue using the service.
What happens when I use all the data in my bundle?
If you use up all the data in your bundle before expiration, the line becomes deactivated, and the bundle activation status becomes “Finished.” You can top up to continue using the line.
What will be my eSIM mobile phone number?
Our eSIM doesn’t come with a phone number. Our Lines include mobile data plans only, which you can use with any free or paid local phone number services, like TextNow or Google Voice. You also can make free voice calls and send text messages using such popular applications as WhatsApp, Facetime, Telegram, Messenger, etc. It also works with any VoIP technology like Skype, Viber, Hangouts, etc. eSIM and physical SIM cards can be used in any eSIM-enabled or dual-SIM device. You can continue using the phone number from your main operator on 1 eSIM/SIM card slot and use data on another eSIM/SIM card slot.
What is data roaming?
Data roaming occurs when you use a data connection outside your carrier's coverage zone. Your mobile network can make substantial charges for roaming outside your network coverage zone, and you may end up with an enormous bill without realizing it.
Can I just use Wi-Fi in a hotel or a café?
Using only Wi-Fi is the most obvious way to minimize or eliminate data roaming fees. Keep in mind that it is not a foolproof method for many of us because our phones or tablets are often needed most while we are on a move and not while we are sitting in an internet café or a hotel lobby (remember that most of the hotels still profit by charging for Wi-Fi). It is important to mention that public internet access is not secure, and you are much more prone to identity theft when using a public Internet connection. You will be more protected by using your own secure mobile connection.
Can I use a mobile phone with eSIM as a hotspot?
Yes. To share your connection to other devices, see instructions below corresponding to your device’s operating system and brand

Does eSIM require any personal identification documents?
According to our Privacy Policy, when ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter personal information like your name, email address, and credit card information. Please note that if our alert system marks your order as fraudulent, we must confirm that you placed the order. To prove that, you must provide a copy of your photo ID and a scanned copy of your credit card.
What is a Privacy IP address?
You may be sure of a private internet connection as we provide you with a Privacy IP address. Privacy IP address prevents other websites from tracking your real location through an IP address. Other websites can determine your real physical location if you use your real IP address. They can sell this information to advertising agencies or other bad actors. It can be used to profile you and combine with other personal information to determine your real name, physical address, interests and other personal data. You can check what other websites see based on your IP by browsing to this site https://www.iplocation.net/
Privacy IP provides you with IP addresses that can not be used to determine your real location. That is why you see web advertisements in other languages. Because advertisers can not profile you based on your IP address, and they just show general ads. Depending on your data plan, you get a Hong Kong, France, Spain, USA and other Privacy IP addresses. To find information about the IP address you get, go to your account on our website > Click on your eSIM bundle > find More details button under the Refill button.
Is my connection with eSIM private?
No matter where your travels take you, your connection to the internet will be private and secure. Password protected encryption means you’ll never have to worry about questionable public Wi-Fi networks and information leaks.
Is using eSIM with a Private IP address better than using a VPN?
With eSIM, you can have a private internet connection as we provide you with a Private and Residential IP address. When browsing the web, you want to keep your physical location confidential, prevent advertising companies from selling your data to others, and avoid being tracked by them on the Internet. That’s what a Private IP address protects you from. Most modern applications use encryption to protect customer data, but some outdated apps don’t. Then VPN service is useful, as it does provide additional encryption. We don’t provide additional encryption. VPN also provides you with a Private IP address. Our service is much faster than VPN, because we don’t use servers in between. We provide you with residential Private IP addresses, that are not detected as proxy or VPN addresses. It allows you to use many services that are blocked for you when you use a VPN. Depending on your eSIM plan, you get a Hong Kong, France, or USA Private IP address.
For example, I am in the USA and can’t visit some websites or my location is determined as Spain. What can I do?
Please note that the origin of the eSIM in your possession is Spain. As a result, some websites can determine your location as Spain and even aren’t allowed to be opened. For such cases, please use Opera browser with the interior VPN and choose the US IP address. Besides Opera browser, you could also use such free VPN services as ProtonVPN and Psiphon, which also give a free US IP address. You can download both the desktop and mobile versions of these services.
Coverage
Does eSIM assure 100% coverage in the area I am traveling to?
We collaborate with the major carriers worldwide to ensure you receive the best connection. Most largely populated areas have great cellular signals, and your mobile device will work without disruptions. However, many factors can prevent you from getting good mobile coverage. You may be able to get weak or no signal due to limitations in topography (the surroundings), network architecture (the location of cellular antennae) and capacity (the number of callers communicating in the area at a given time). If you have concerns regarding the coverage in the area you are traveling to, please contact our customer support in advance. You may also visit websites listing dead spots organized by service providers and location.
Which countries are covered by the eSIM?
Each eSIM bundle has unique coverage. Check details on our website or log in to your account. Select the line and click 'Countries & Networks' to verify coverage.

How to check if my iOS device is eSIM compatible?
An eSIM is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan from your carrier without having to use a physical nano-SIM. To learn if your iOS device is eSIM compatible, you will need to:
have an iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, or later with iOS 12.1 or later
Make sure your devices are carrier unlocked:
– Go to Settings> General> About.
– Scroll down to view the “Carrier lock” section.
– It should say “NO SIM restrictions”, which means that the device is unlocked
Scroll down to view the “AVAILABLE SIM” (iOS 15 and newer) or “DIGITAL SIM”(older iOS versions) section. It should contain an IMEI under AVAILABLE SIM or DIGITAL SIM, which means that the device is eSIM compatible. If eSIM already has been activated, the SIM IMEI will be displayed in the “eSIM” section.
